ClawdUp has a GitHub REST API specification covering repositories, issues, pull requests, and workflows. It is a community registry entry, not an Anthropic-managed GitHub integration.

Package status

The GitHub catalog manifest lists no MCP tools. Its generated download does not yet provide a usable GitHub tool package. Use the API specification to evaluate coverage; do not treat this as a ready-to-install Claude connector.

The spec includes listing repositories, reading repository details, and getting file contents.

Issues and pull requests

The spec lists issue and pull request operations, including reads and writes.

Authentication

The API specification describes bearer-token authentication. Keep tokens out of shared pages and repositories.

Confirm the generated files, required credentials, and requested permissions for your workspace. Catalog entries describe intended API operations; they do not prove a completed Claude Desktop setup.
